Yes, so I’m stealing ideas from my friend Brandy, who stole the idea from someone else, but who cares. When you come across a good idea, you run with it! So what’s made me happy lately? • The Pier One candle on my coffee table. It’s called “mad love” and I love it! • Muffin the wonder poodle’s extreme happiness this morning (last night she was grumpy and mad when I petted her; this morning I got 6 good morning doggie kisses!) • Pictures of Jeanna Dawn Smathers, my “niece”! • Talking to my dad on the phone about the Cardinals • The lyric “you are home to me” from an old Josh Kelley song • Promos for the new season of “Grey’s Anatomy” • Anticipation of seeing Nickel Creek in concert on Saturday night • Feeling pretty or at least not ugly when a guy pays attention to you (Yes, I admit it.
